15% Flood Rebate

Statewide Condominium Insurance rebates 15% (less federal fees) to every client that carries flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Our Flood Rebate Program has been offered to our clients since 1997. Since that time we have returned millions of dollars to our valued policy holders. These flood rebate checks are issued to our clients every year, as long as they are a policyholder of ours.

Florida is one of two states in the country that allows rebating. The Florida Statute 626.572 is very clear on the regulations and guidelines for rebating. Statewide strictly adheres to those rules and guidelines.

To our knowledge, Statewide was the first insurance agency to conceptualize and offer rebated flood policies in the country. We also estimate that we are the largest flood rebate company in existence.
