24/7 Policy Access

For our preferred property management companies or individual property managers, we will soon be offering our 24/7 policy access program. You will be issued a secure logon ID to our management system which will enable you to view all of your condominium association's insurance information. This will be available to preferred managers who have come to trust Statewide and their abilities to present the best insurance package available on a consistent basis. With this system you will have the ability to review your association's insurance information from anywhere you have internet access.

With your passcode you can view the association's building addresses, valuations, construction types, expiration dates, carriers, deductibles, finance contract and all policies in force with Statewide. This should eliminate bringing insurance files to each board meeting. There will also be a section added for budget projects. This will be available in the next addition to be launched in the near future. Please talk to your individual agent regarding the timing and availability for you to access our system.

Our management system does much more than store policy information. We archive all documents and correspondence between insurance companies, insurance brokers, lending institutions and finance companies. We will also have instant access to policy change requests, endorsements to the policy, cancellation notices and certificate requests. The system is in real time and has a mirrored back up system located several hundred miles away. This will prevent service interruption in the event of a power outage or catastrophic occurrence.
