Important: only Board Members or Property Managers can report a claim. Report a Claim Online Our Online Claim Report is the fastest and most effective way to report your claim. Our goal is to contact you within one business day of receiving your submission. REPORT A CLAIM Report a Claim by Phone Using our toll free number 800-260-5252, you can contact us to report a claim. If your claim is after hours, please leave a brief message. You can be assured that we will return your call as quickly as possible. To report your claim, please have the following handy:
- Your name, address and phone number
- The date and time your loss happened
- A brief description of what happened
We will ensure that your information is gathered correctly and transmitted rapidly to the proper insurance company claim center. In the meantime, please:
- Make any temporary repairs necessary to avoid future damage. Be sure to save receipts.
- Preserve damaged property for inspection by our adjuster.
- Keep an accurate list of any expenses.
